Dr. Santhosh Babu IAS - Advisor

Santhosh Babu is a Medical Doctor turned Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer of the 1995 batch, of the Tamil Nadu cadre. An alumnus of the Government Medical College, Trivandrum, he is also a Chevening Gurukul Scholar from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LKY Fellow and MPM Degree holder from the National University of Singapore and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He firmly believes that only leadership embedded in integrity and selflessness, with the ability to innovate in the governance process, can transform India.

He has about 250 plus transformational initiatives and innovations to his credit, including installing ERP “anytime, anywhere” implementing numerous web-based application software, establishing India’s first Rural BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) units etc. He has conceived and edited numerous magazines and websites.

A few recognitions have come his way like the Best Collector Award of the Government of Tamil Nadu for eradication of child labour. He was given the Dataquest Magazine e-Governance Champion Award, South India, 2008 and has been recognized as “The Pride of Tamil Nadu” by the Indian Express in its annual publication 2007. He was also identified by the reputed Tamil Magazine Ananda Vikatan, as one of the “Top Ten People in Tamil Nadu” in 2008. In 2017, under his vibrant leadership, Poompuhar won the National e-Governance Award and the Skoch Smart Governance Platinum Award. The Rotary Club, Madras Metro presented him with the “Changemaker” award. Recently he was also awarded with the “Disruptor” Award by YourStory.com and the Jeppiar Icon Award by the Jeppiar Foundation.

Dr A.M. Moorthy - Advisor

He was instrumental in Starting Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga at Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He is the Founder of Koviloor Andavar Institute of Yoga and Research Centre which offers Certificate Diploma, PG Diploma, M.Sc. and PhD Courses in Yoga.He Established a Yoga Therapy clinic for the general public. He Was also Chief Patron for International Yoga Day Celebration at Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai.

And he has published several books on yoga, such as Yoga and Relaxation, Anatomy, Physical Health Education and Yogic Practices.

Dr A.M. Moorthy - Advisor

Dr AM Moorthy, ex-VC of TNPESU has contributed colossally to the development of Yoga and its various benefits. He practiced being an Advisor in the Central College of Sports, Government of India, and took up patronage in the Physical Instruction Establishment of India (PEFI). He is profoundly qualified in yoga practices and has successively completed a Masters Degree from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai, and got a Diploma in Yoga Education in the year 1982 from the G.S.College of Yoga, Lonavala, Maharashtra.

K.M.ILANCHEZHIAN - CEO of IEC

Mr. Ilanchezhian, has been a Guru to many, a Guru who has been an achiever himself. llanchezhian, a topper in the UPSC CAPF examination, has also appeared for three UPSC interviews. He has the rare distinction of clearing 17 highly competitive exams. Mr. Ilanchezhian is one of India’s foremost coaches and teachers of Geography for Civil Services Examination (CSE).

He has travelled widely in India and was awarded the best teacher in India for Civil Services Exam Coaching. He received the 2019 CSR Award for Excellence in the field of Education.

He served in the Central Reserve Police Force as an Assistant Commandant. Due to his passion for teaching, he quit the CRPF and started teaching Geography for Civil Service aspirants in several top coaching academies across the country. He trains more than 7000 candidates every year for competitive exams. More than 600 of his students are there in various services like IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS and other Central and State Services. He also served as Senior Manager in State Bank of India subsidiary.

He is also a bilingual writer. He has published a couple of books like “Ganam Padum Vanampadigal and “Vazhithedum Vizhigal” in Tamil. His book on “Indian Economy” published by Byju’s is one of the most popular books among the Civil Service aspirants.
